The company was established in 1974 with the aim of working in the field of metal structures for industrial plants.
In 1994, following a restructuring operation and the conversion of production, it began manufacturing combustion heads and components for burners consolidating its acquired customer base over the years.
Thanks to constant quality, flexibility and precision machining, today we can boast among our customers major Italian and foreign manufacturers in the heating industry.
We specialize in the production of:
• various combustion head models, made from a broad range of materials including AISI 304 and 321, INCONEL 601, if necessary complete with electrode positioned according to customer requirements:
• Flame tubes obtained both from tubes and from rolled sheet metal of different diameters and lengths;
• different types of components such as: pulveriser shafts, conveyors rings, air recirculation loops and various die cut products;
• stamping equipment.
Since 1999, with the expansion of the tooling department, we have paid particular attention to the development and manufacture of dies and equipment.
The experience gained over the years has enabled us to build more and more complex dies and to specialize in thermoformed die cutting and blister die cutting.
In 2009 the company changed its name to ALESSANDRO GIBERTI S.R.L., while continuing to develop and manufacture components for burners and dies and extend its range and types.
